Lyndsae' Peele

“Leaders become great, not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others.”

- John Maxwell

The ability to listen, identify strengths, build upon areas of needed growth, and form dynamic relationships for the betterment of an organization and community is one to treasure. Therefore, it was without hesitation and a great honor to announce our new Director of Community Engagement Ms. Lyndsae’ Peele, MBA, PMEC™.

She is an alumna of the illustrious Howard University and received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Lyndsae' combined her years of banking experience and her passion for economic development to birth Kingdom Vision Consulting.

You can’t leave a conversation with Lyndsae’ without laughing or being inspired to dream bigger. Her willingness to go beyond the call of duty and leadership skills will support O’Hara Developments in healing the cities we’ve been called to serve.
