Lyndsae' Peele

“Leaders become great, not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others.”

- John Maxwell

The ability to listen, identify strengths, build upon areas of needed growth, and form dynamic relationships for the betterment of an organization and community is one to treasure. Therefore, it was without hesitation and a great honor to announce our new Director of Community Engagement Ms. Lyndsae’ Peele, MBA, PMEC™.

Her Story

As a strategic banking consultant and financial wellness coach, Lyndsae’ has shown her dedication to seeing businesses, business owners, and communities thrive beyond what they saw for themselves. She is known as a disruptor of systemic racial disparities in wealth creation, homeownership, and entrepreneurship for people of color. She is an alumna of the illustrious Howard University and received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Lyndsae' combined her years of banking experience and her passion for economic development to birth Kingdom Vision Consulting.

Lyndsae’ is a holistic self-care advocate promoting a balanced lifestyle for women and entrepreneurs. She’s a cat and dog Mom (Xeus & Xena), a woman of faith, enjoys water sports, traveling, and a fan of podcasts & Bible stories.

She is a graduate of the Baltimore City Planning Academy and the Board Leadership Development Program sponsored by the Associated Black Charities. There, she honed fundamental skills to better serve in a leadership capacity. Currently, she serves on the following boards of directors:

• Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, Vice President

• O'Hara Development Partners CDC, Vice Chair

• The Women Entrepreneur Leadership Lab (The WELL)

• The Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce

• Flech' Executives, Treasurer

• Civic Works

As our Director of Community Engagement, Lyndsae’ will oversee and spearhead the ongoing development and sustainability of community partners for O’Hara Developments in the cities where we intend to strengthen urban neighborhoods. She will assist in leading various campaigns to help reach the capital goals to increase housing opportunities, and promote financial wellness for people and families we serve.

You can’t leave a conversation with Lyndsae’ without laughing or being inspired to dream bigger. Her willingness to go beyond the call of duty and leadership skills will support O’Hara Developments in healing the cities we’ve been called to serve. Although she’s already been a guiding light to our organization, it brings even greater joy to welcome Ms. Lyndsae’ Peele as our new Director of Community Engagement.
